Edward Milton is a resourceful and trusted real estate investment broker who specializes in self-storage facilities along the West Coast. Edward recently joined Marcus and Millichap and the Secreto Storage team. He was a broad range of real estate and development experience. Over the last decade, Edward has successfully represented investors and landowners while assisting with underwriting, financial modeling, leasing, complex land assemblages, deal analysis, due diligence, value add renovations, and investment strategies.

 

Edward graduated from St. Lawrence University in the top 2% of his class with a double major in environmental studies and psychology. While attending college, Edward played both Division 3 football and track and field. He also served as the president of his pledge class for Sigma Alpha Epsilon. After college, Edward moved to the Pacific Northwest were he was involved in innovative green projects including Bill Gates Medina Estate, which inspired Edward's passion and career in real estate investment.
